NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
Sigma Kappa Psi Sorority, Inc.
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of the date signed below (the "Effective Date") by and between Sigma Kappa Psi Sorority, Inc. ("Sorority") and the undersigned individual ("Member"), who is either a pledgee or an initiated member of the Sorority. The purpose of this Agreement is to ensure the confidentiality of the Sorority’s proprietary information, trade secrets, internal affairs, and meeting details.
1. Confidential Information
Member acknowledges that during their involvement with the Sorority, they will have access to confidential and proprietary information, including but not limited to:

Internal rituals, rites, and ceremonies

Meeting discussions and records

Membership rosters and contact details
-
Organizational strategies, documents, and operational processes

Financial records, dues, and expenditures

Pledging processes and related information
-
Any information designated as confidential by the Sorority
2. Obligations of Confidentiality
Member agrees to:

Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and not disclose it to any third party.

Keep all Confidential Information strictly private and undisclosed to non-members, including on social media and in personal conversations.

Refrain from reproducing, copying, or distributing any Confidential Information in any format, including written, electronic, or verbal, without the express written consent of the Sorority.

Notify the Sorority immediately if they become aware of any unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information.
3. Duration of Confidentiality
This Agreement shall remain in effect indefinitely, including after the Member has completed pledging, resigned, been suspended, or is no longer affiliated with the Sorority.
4. Legal Ramifications of Breach
Unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information is a serious violation of this Agreement. If a Member breaches this Agreement, the Sorority reserves the right to:

Terminate the Member’s pledging process or membership.

Pursue legal action, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief and monetary damages.

Report the breach to any relevant authorities and organizations as necessary.
5. Exceptions
Confidential Information does not include:

Information that is publicly available through no fault of the Member.

Information lawfully obtained by the Member from a third party without obligation of confidentiality.

Information required to be disclosed by law, provided the Member notifies the Sorority promptly.
6. Return or Destruction of Confidential Information
Upon termination of membership or pledging, Member agrees to return or destroy any confidential materials in their possession, including digital copies.
7. Acknowledgment & Agreement
By signing below, Member acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. Member understands that failure to adhere to this Agreement may result in disciplinary action, including legal consequences.
