We are thrilled to announce the launch of our Sigma Kappa Psi Sorority Resources Page, created for Flight Attendants, by Flight Attendants, to help you navigate the emotional challenges that often come with our unique lifestyle.


This new Resources Page offers free, confidential, and employer-detached access to mental health and emotional wellness resources so you can seek the help you need without fear or hesitation.


Whether you are looking for therapy options, crisis helplines, wellness workshops, or self-care strategies, this page will grow to meet your needs. We’ve included resources such as NAMI for broad mental health support and Charlotte Women’s Counseling for those looking for specialized women-centered care—all in one easy-to-navigate space.


We know firsthand the importance of maintaining mental health while balancing early call times, long overnights, family obligations, and the weight of the skies. Our Resources Page is one way Sigma Kappa Psi Sorority supports your mental and emotional well-being as you continue to care for others in the air and at home.
